1.3 COMMUNICATION
The SELLER may contact the BUYER via address, email, phone, SMS or other communication channels provided by the BUYER during registration or updated thereafter, for purposes including order processing, delivery, notifications, marketing, and customer service.
By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER expressly consents to such communications.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with:
- Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
- Regulation on Distance Contracts
- Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098
- Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102
- Industrial Property and Copyright legislation
- Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
with respect to the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via www.bytelli.com.
All content of this Agreement is protected under Turkish copyright legislation and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without the SELLER’s permission.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product details including name, quantity, specifications, VAT-inclusive price, delivery and payment method are as displayed at checkout and confirmed in the order summary.

5. GENERAL TERMS
5.1 By confirming this Agreement electronically, the BUYER declares that they have reviewed and accepted all pre-contractual information including product characteristics, total price, payment method, delivery terms, delivery costs, withdrawal rights, and SELLER contact details.
5.2 The ordered product shall be delivered within:
- 30 days for handmade or made-to-order products
- 15 days for other products
Delivery is made to the BUYER or to the person/entity specified by the BUYER. The SELLER shall not be liable if the recipient refuses delivery.
5.3 The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or improperly packaged, the BUYER must refuse delivery and ensure that a damage report is issued by the carrier.
If the BUYER accepts delivery without reservation, the product shall be deemed delivered in good condition and responsibility passes to the BUYER.
5.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in accordance with the order, complete, undamaged and with any required certificates.
However, acceptance of visibly defective products without objection transfers all responsibility to the BUYER.
5.5 Any complaints or requests must be submitted to the SELLER within 15 days of delivery using the provided communication channels. The SELLER will respond within 15 days at the latest.
5.6 The BUYER must notify the SELLER of any defects within the legally prescribed timeframes. Failure to notify shall be deemed acceptance of the product.
5.7 Due to handmade production and ring size adjustments, variations of up to ±10% in weight or dimensions may occur. Technical or pricing errors may result in order cancellation with full refund and without liability.
5.8 If fulfillment becomes impossible due to stock unavailability, production issues, or force majeure, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 7 days and refund all payments within 14 days.
The BUYER may request:
- cancellation and refund,
- replacement with an equivalent product, or
- delayed delivery.
No additional compensation may be claimed.
5.9 In credit card payments, refunds are processed to the bank within 14 days. The BUYER acknowledges that bank processing may take 2–3 weeks and that the SELLER bears no responsibility for such delays.
5.10 If payment instruments are used fraudulently and payment is reversed, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days. If fraud is later proven to be attributable to the BUYER, the BUYER shall compensate the SELLER’s losses.
5.11 FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of the parties (including natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions) may delay or prevent delivery. In such cases, the BUYER’s rights under Clause 5.8 apply.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 The BUYER may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, except for products listed under Clause 7.
Withdrawal must be notified in writing or via email to info@bytelli.com within the withdrawal period.
6.2 Returned products must be:
- unused, undamaged
- complete with packaging, certificates and accessories
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
7. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Rings prepared to the BUYER’s size
- Engraved wedding bands
- Products made upon the BUYER’s specific request
- International deliveries outside the Turkish customs territory
8. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Agreement enters into force upon completion of the order. By placing an order, the BUYER confirms acceptance of all terms.
